The 86Y is a child safety restraint system designed to transform seats with lap or lap/shoulder belts into 4-point securements. This means that it provides additional support and protection for children while they are travelling in a vehicle. The 86Y is designed to grow with the passenger through the never-ending growth spurts, so it can be used by children of all ages. The 86Y is that it is small enough to fit into a backpack, making it easy to move from one vehicle to another. This makes it an ideal option for families who travel frequently, as it can be easily packed and transported to different vehicles. Additionally, it is easy to travel with, so it can be taken on vacation or used in rental cars. The 86Y can be used in all types of vehicles. It has been dynamically tested for passengers weighing between 66 and 168 lbs., ensuring that it provides maximum protection in the event of an accident. However, it should be noted that it does not come with a crotch strap and no mount is needed. With one size fits most, this child safety restraint system can be used by a wide range of children.

The EZ-ON lap/shoulder conversion belt is very simple to install and use. Our son is paraplegic and needs extra support of a harness for safety in the vehicle. This is affordable enough for us to get multiples for each vehicle compared to other brands that are several hundred dollars. It is also very simple to install as well as use. All of our children, including under 10yr old can install it for him if we have to take it out or use it in a friend's car. Our son also has gotten the hang of buckling/unbuckling himself unassisted giving him appropriate independence.
