Don't believe the videos.Using this kit is tough.It will also challenge your dexterity.Buy a new mitt or take it to a pro. Really. Don't waste your time.

Hands down one of the best things I have bought! Baseball gloves are too expensive to always run out and buy a new one. Yes this took a little time but my son's glove is like new.

The tools are good. The lace is not professional grade. Overall, it's a good starting point for a beginner. If re-lacing a high quality glove, you'll need some better lacing.

This kit allowed me to re-lace my favorite ball glove. I had to redo the entire heel of the glove. It went quickly AND turned out great.
