This has 3 different heights but the lowest one when worn over my sneaker was too tall to level up with my post-op boot.I then tried it with a clog, but the strap fits behind the upper part of the clog, against my bare ankle, and the strap is way too long and would cause chafing even if it fit.The 2 removable insoles are almost impossible to pry apart because they are made entirely of velcro and the velcro is TOO STRONG!! If you are just going to leave the insole in place, it would be fine, but if you need to adjust it often, forget it! I don't understand why the super duper powerful velcro because it's not needed in this application.I have a sneaker with a broad heel that extends from out of the back of the shoe and it extended over the top of the even-up shoe, creating a very strange and unsteady walking experience. I kept tripping and stairs were impossibly dangerous.The quality seemed fine but poor design and fit for me.
