Uniquely sectioned to allow for a snug fit while not losing any mobility. Connect with one strap across lower back and two smaller straps at middle of back.

covers my body and it does offer some protection, but as a person that does mma/boxing, i can say that this thing does very minimal to helping you reduce damage, it stops the impact the but force still rips your body.Id Recommend this bodyguard for very light sparring/technique sparring, but not true sparring.

Its as good as any I've seen in class but again the sizing is small for adults. I have found that all the equipment sized LARGE fits like a small when it comes to sparring gear. I'm 5'7" 170# and the large was small n this chest protector, gloves and headgear I've bought so go 2 sizes up from estimate

To small. Nothing like it said it was.to thin. still felt the hits when punched and kicked Mabe for kids under 5.
