Spring rates have been chosen to reduce front end inch dive inch during braking, yet still provide excellent ride comfort. Better yet, we warranty our fork springs for life. Progressive rate fork springs have several advantages over straight rate springs. A progressive rate spring has the advantage of a rising rate resistance to compression. The benefit of this is that the spring can be soft enough at the start of the travel to offer a inch plush inch ride, yet be firm enough at the end of the travel to soak up the big bumps.

Did the installation myself having never done Springs before. Pretty straightforward but as far as the product goes the most difficult thing was cutting the spacer. It's definitely something that's not mentioned herein should be noted that your bike may require you to cut the spacer that comes with this and will require a decent saw to do so and some basic knowledge of how to do measurements.

Nice ride! I'm 260 lbs. and these were perfect for me alone, or two up.

The transformation was not amazing but, it was significantly better than stock. The brake dive has been reduced drastically and the feel for the road is more like my old 95 speed triple. I weigh in at 200 lbs and my pillion is 135 lbs. I highly recommend them for this bike.I've got a road trip to NC planned later this month and I'm looking forward to see how much the new springs help the mushy front end.

The front end is very stiff, but I live on dirt roads and it does hold the road better when it is freshly graded and there is gravel on the road. So for that reason I keep the springs installed. On the Highway the bike holds the road so much better and turning is fantastic ( have scraped the floor boards a few more times). I would prefer it be just a tad bit more giving on city streets.

i had these installed on the Vulcan 900. Now it handles great. The ride and steering is what it should be. You aim and it goes there. Bumps pass by. This is one of the best mods I have put on the bike. Essential upgrade!
