The box that contained the creeper was almost completely taped up. I should have returned for a box that was not torn but I kept it. I gifted the creeper at Christmas and has a tear in the seat.

Purchased it on February 2024, I use it occasionally for painting furniture as a hobby. Within the first week the wheels fell off and it tilts. This is an accident waiting to happen for someone that has back problems like me. Apparently the warranty does not exist.

fell apart after 3 months of intermittent use. I use this to do occasional maintenance on my vehicles, I have maybe used it 10xs and 3 of the 6 wheels are belt or wobbling loose. I weigh only 170lbs at 6ft tall, there is no way this could hold up to 300lbs. Good luck trying to track down the warranty details, they seem to be non-existent.
