OCP Hot Weather Coat
The Propper IHWCU (Improved Hot Weather Combat Uniform) Coat is a lightweight, breathable alternative to the standard issue ACU used by the U.S. Army. Extra reinforcement in stress areas and seams are engineered to make these hot weather uniforms just as tough as standard ACUs, while the state-of-the-art nylon/cotton ripstop fabric is designed to go from drenched to dry within 60 minutes. Sewn to military specification GL/PD 15-04E.
- Material and Fabric: Made of 5.8 oz 57% nylon / 43% cotton Ripstop for durability and comfort.
- Compliance and Design: NIR Compliant and features a single-breasted design with a raglan sleeve front and a 5-button closure with a pen slot.
- Collar and Sleeves: Fold-down collar with fusible interlining and long sleeves with adjustable cuffs featuring one button and three buttonholes.
- Pockets and Reinforcements: Includes two bellow style top opening upper sleeve pockets with eyelet drain holes and 100% nylon elbow reinforcements.
- Additional Features: Equipped with Identification Friend or Foe tab covers with hook and loop fasteners on both sleeves, loop fields on the front, and a double-turned and clean finished hem.

I’ve never had any type of hot weather uniform items, so I was really pleased to see how light weight it feels! I’m not sure if it was previously used as the tags are faded? But I don’t see any damage and the colors are still opaque.The only downside is that it buttons up. I’m used to having a zipper, but that’s personal preference. I like that it has 3 size hole options for the cuff. Holds 2 pens like the typical issued blouses. Fast shipping.

Pretty much the same as the ones you can buy on base with little differences. Was missing buttons... -1 star.
