Great fit and very comfortable. The material is so lightweight, yet durable. Great for the south Texas heat. I, definitely, am purchasing more of these pants.

So I have shorts from this company there great pefect fit. I was hoping it be the same with these but no. Great quality but the problem I'm having with many pants is they slide down in the back really bad when I sit. I need something that has a lot of room in hip/thigh like there shorts. Pockets were the same as the shorts plenty of space.

I have two pairs of Duluth Flexpedition, and one pair of Marmot lightweight hiking pants. Those are the standard used here. The former are supremely stretchy, soft, and comfortable, but the rear pockets are open and floppy and they are just a little heavy for hot weather. The latter are lighter and very comfortable, but are intended more for pure athletic performance than daily utility. These pants are indeed very lightweight. The fabric is slightly "harder" than either of the above, but I'm guessing that might make them slightly tougher. They are roomy enough without being baggy. There's enough stretch that they don't bind, but not too much so that they billow. The size is pretty true, I'd say. A little shorter than the others. Sport pants tend to run longish, but these still reach my shoes. I can't say I at all understand the purpose of the top button sewn on a little strap. I assume it is for some "adjustability," but it just defaults to a size larger when you put them on. It's of no consequence with a belt on.The pockets are fairly brilliant. Left and right zippered rear for security. Upper slash pockets with a large velcro tabbed "watch pocket" to the inside of each. Zippered inside and velrco-flap-closed outer left and right cargo pockets. All pockets are of sufficient depth and room. I even just this morning discovered the small rear center pocket at the waste band. Not exactly sure what its for, but there it is. EXCELLENT utility from these pants, and yet without looking overly utilitarian. If you carry loads of bulky stuff in your pockets, like chipmunk cheeks, you may not care for this layered pocket layout, and might require stacked (above/below) pockets, but for segregating various items in a moderate pocket load they are perfect. My only real gripe is the belt loops. Why on earth so many manufacturers can't figure out that work pants need lots of substantial belt loops is beyond me? And while your at it, put one smack in the center rear, and make it at least two inches wide while your at it!Save for that one gripe, I'd say these pants are about perfect.***Many months later, I want to add some experience. I can't imagine pants being much lighter or cooler, and they have been pretty tough and continue to perform well in a retail, stocking, warehouse environment. However the belt loop issue has become increasingly annoying. Any time I bend over even slightly, they slip out from under the belt and droop down in the back. I constantly have to pull them back up. One big long loop at the center rear would fix it. The other issue is with the inner zippered side cargo pockets. The pocket is made of mesh which is surely intended to act as a vent is left zipped open. The problem is that I drop my work phone into one of them dozens of times an hour, and the mesh has failed. I now have to slide my Samsung XCover Pro into the shallower outside velcro flapped pocket, which is solid fabric.

These pants were a great deal. Stay cool even on warmer days. They are more of a loose fit than a relaxed fit. This makes them baggy.

I was a bit nervous reading the reviews. But I absolutely love these pants. My first foray into nice cargos. So take that with a grain of salt. (Since writing this ive also tried the 511 apex) Im 6'1 200lbs, athletic build. The 34/32 fit great. Slightly baggy and loose but form fitting enough to make my butt look good lol, my wife likes.(I got a second pair same size but the waist fit perfectly to my waist unlike the first pair a bit baggy needing a belt) The fabric is a bit stretchier than I was imagining and its great (much strechier than 511 and 511 is just a 2 way stretch). They are very light and airy. But not as cool as you would think as they block wind. Good for summer but definitely wearable in colder weather. Best fitting pants to my body ive tried yet. Idk about durability yet. Durability isn't great, already have some snags and cuts. But thats honestly to be expected of this kind of fabric. The ripstop did its job for the most partGreat deep pockets with a nice mesh liner. Has a French fly which is a nice touch. Not as decked out with features but just really nice comfort for the price. If these had the stretch tunnel waistband i would buy enough for the week.. ordered a pair of the edgetec to see if i like better..(they were unwearable, the edgetec waist fit but thighs were so tight i couldn't get hands in pockets or even spread my legs apart, weird how awful that was)pants don't make too much noise when you walk but they do make some in very quiet situations i suppose. The fabric is a bit rough to the touch. And the black isn't supremely black but good enough for my work uniform. It is black but like specs of lighter color come thru in the fabric in the shade or in the sun lil sparkly bits. Its a nice looking pant with small squares in the fabric, guess thats the rip stop. I do wish there were more pockets instead of making the typical pockets doubled up. So you have the standard hand pockets but there's 1 on top of another , same with the cargo pocket. Which is nice but could be better. Could go for a small phone or mag pockets a pen pocket etc.Not a Supreme tactical pant but a nice work pant good for hikes and stuff.Especially for the price. So bottomline. I dont have any real complaints. Could have a bit more thoughtful of a design. Arguably the 511 apex I have is better quality but I like everything about these pants more for the most part.Again, put a tunnel waistband on these bad boys. Maybe give some options for the buyer like the lightweight and maybe a 10 and 20 gram pant. Maybe some pocket layout options. I can't stand velcro, that velcro pocket on the outside will never get used by me and double pockets are also useless for me as they constrain each other when full. All in all thats all I can really say. I will be buying more of these. The fit the pocket size and placement etc all works really well for me. Much better than the 511 pantsThese sit at your waist. Apex rides low. These have ample room. Apex gives moose knuckle. These have a great dump pouch. Apex cargo zipper I can barely get my hand in. I mean these are way better for me than apex.Thats all I've tried so far tho. Bout to get helikon tru spec and yes an arctyrex .

Normally mens pants are tight on my hips but these were stretchy. 3 pockets per leg and 3 on the bum. A slight breeze could be felt through them and they dried quickly after being drenched in a summer shower. I'm a marine offshore rigger for the oil and gas industry and these pants survived 56 consecutive days at 12 hours per day of rigging abuse. No tears in the fabric. Zippers and buttons held up. They stained badly and grease wouldn't come out but they held up and kept me cool through some 110 degree days with 98% humidity. I got them for 22.95, I wouldn't pay the 45 they have them now for work pants. But I'd definitely buy more if they lowered the price.

Love these from day 1, 36x30 I wear my jeans 34x30 with levi's stretch material. Waste fit me perfect, length was a little long but with my work shoes not touching the ground so it's fine I may or may not get the bottoms hemmed down a bit but they are great and keep me cool in a factory work environment in GA. Pockets are great so many of them. I ordered 1 then 2 more in black once I tried the first pair.
