Why are you going to show a patch holder in the picture if you're not going to include one? The 8x32 thread is uncommon with most cleaning rods so nothing fits but pro-shot stuff. Rod is good but does NOT play well with others! Change the dang picture, very misleading.

i have 5 of these in different calibers and love them. they are well made and resit bending.they have no plastic coating to imbed grit just a nicely polished stainless steel finish very smooth ball bearing handle and well centered drilled and tapped end for a straight rod to jag fit. some of these were used for years in my gun shop before i retired. you will never go wrong buying quality tools

Looks like a good product, i have other PRO-SHOT rods in different calibers and its right on the money.Professional grade product, long enough to clean any rifle and if needed can be used as a fishing pole lol.Would recommend to any pirate out there.

Well made - works fine cleaning a .17 caliber HMR pistol. Kit included the rod and jag / stores well in its shipping tube.
