Best upgrade so far to improve my benchrest accuracy. great quality needs a little beating to make it softer/pliable had the kids practice their reverse punch, front kicks, thai elbows and a couple of head butts know we good!

I don't know if this is a later model but it came with sand. You can get 3 different heights with it. Works perfectly for me
