The first item I received didn’t have any connectors, only cut wires (11” rather than specified 12”). This seemed strange to me, as in my experience,.. 99% of non terminated wires, come pre stripped (insulation cut, ready to get pulled off the conductor). I already had crimp connectors, so once I addressed that, I plugged it in and turned on the stove briefly to check the rotation direction. The motor itself was turning as expected, however, the main output shaft was not turning. I gave it some time to confirm,. But it didn’t ever turn. After realizing this, I inspected the unit a little further,. At which point, I found a fresh looking burr, and witness marks on the main shaft. This leads me to believe that someone else has already returned the part as defective, yet it was returned to stock to be shipped out to the next customer 🤨. Seller is sending a replacement, but the disappointment of not having the expected fire on my girls chilly birthday is not worth the few dollars saved!

This item works without any problems, easy to install. The only reason for four stars instead of five it’s slightly louder than the original when the motor runs. I would certainly purchase again if I needed it.

Works well, tad louder than original. Comes with crimp connections for machine side terminals, 3 weeks of use so far no problems noted. Recommend for summers heat pellet stove 55 shp

Installed this on my pellet stove auger. It is very quite. Arrived fast, which I appreciate, too.

After looking at the stoves manufacturer’s website for the auger part I decided to look else where. Thus why I’m writing a review for this product. I ordered 2 motors so I could go ahead and put new in on both sides. Hooked them up in less than an hour and did a test run.Talk about quiet, could barely hear them run. Had to put my finger on the shaft of motor to see if it was actually moving on both of them.Only thing I didn’t care for was not having a spade to hook up direct to motor. But really it’s not even a problem. Just a lot of extra wire. Will shorten them this spring when the weather gets warmer.I would recommend this product for your stove/auger. Thank-you
