Good product but expensive for what it is. Bolt is lengthier on the right side, but on the left side it fits correctly. People should add extra washers to the right side so that it will not hurt the engine. Except that everything else is fine. Manufacturer should take care of this else people who buy this product with out knowing the issue would damage their engine.

As other reviewers have said: the bolt on the right side is too long and will hit the engine case if you don't grind it down or add an extra washer. I am kicking myself for being impatient and not listening to those reviews, I now have a circular gouge on my engine case from the bolt. Pic attached of bolt touching the engine case. Other than that, It's a nice-looking set, the sliders themselves are well made and look great on the FTR. It would be 5/5 stars if not for that right side bolt, but that kind of mistake could cause some serious damage is totally unacceptable. If not for other reviews, I wouldn't have even thought to check it.

I also found the bolt on the right to be too long. I added an additional washer on the mounting bolt before inserting the bolt into the slider. Fits perfectly now. I found the color rings on Amazon, though a bit expensive I think, I get mine tomorrow. I am also sure that torque specs may be different for each bike, I used the 54Nm recommended in the instruction sheet. I like the way they look compared to others I saw. I rated them 4 stars, first because I see no reason for the bolt to be too long when they are spec’ed for the bike and the color rings should be offered as an option when you buy the sliders. They look fine without the rings, but I bought red ones to match the Indian logo on the side of the tank.

The bolt for the right side (while sitting on it) is an 1/8th too long and will bottom out on the engine. Shaved it down with a grinder and its perfect. Left side isn't an issue, theres much more clearance on that side. Good quality product though, I'd buy again.

Arrived without the rubber rings as other say here but with no instructions on where to get those and they seem impossible to find online. Also....It would be VERY nice to know the specs for foot pound torque you should apply with install. I guess that doesn't matter since they are ONLY FRAME BOLTS. These are also something that should not be used in conjunction with Locktite or associated "cement" products, the the specs matter.Nice to find these for the bike....overpriced IMO and sure would be nice to know installation specifics and also HOW to buy the parts "Missing" from this purchase. Buy at your own risk and installation.

Easy to install. Good quality. But they want to charge you for little colored rubber bands that go on the sliders. After spending a ton of money on them, you’d think they’d include some rubber bands

good for my FTR looks good to. For those who say they are missing the rubber rings or trim you need to buy those separate. So Not sure why the 1 stars are here.
