the fittings for the pulley holes have not threads and for the amount of torque need the pulley threads get damaged apart this store sent me a used bar and the tool container had signs of oil. disliked this item.

Maybe not the most carefully made tool as the threads are a bit crunchy but I was able to get through a timing set replacement on my OHV 4.0L Ford Ranger a lot easier because of this tool. So I'll give it 5 stars for the price.

I had high hopes for this because it felt sturdy. But it flexed and bent when trying to remove the bolt from a 185ft lb torqued bolt. The pegs were universal but slightly smaller than I needed for a Mitsubishi Endeavor so when it bent and slipped off chipped the pulley. I was able to bend tool back to a useable state but it did the same thing the second time. Ultimately I returned the product and can’t recommend it for anything torqued down properly. Made of weak material.
