The digital display requires no outside power source, generated from the water flow. Bathing small children its a great tool.

I should have listened to the reviews on other sites for this product. In the end, I have now purchased 2 of these, and now have to buy another-- which will NOT be this kit. Both were installed by professional plumbers (not the same person). The first one started leaking within 3 months of having been installed. I called the plumber back in, thinking he had done something incorrectly, but he quickly determined that a cartridge contained within the valve had cracked. I still chalked it up to him likely having overtightened something and ordered another of the same kits so that it would match the spout, showerhead, and handheld spray wand. Stupid mistake on my part! The second one was installed by a different plumber and also started leaking within 4 months. I am so angry with myself for having ordered two of these. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY & FRUSTRATION!!! DON'T ORDER THIS!

The price of a Moen valve but you also get the trim kit, spoke with Pulse Spas and they are quick to respond to questions and provide support. Beautiful brushed nickel finish

It looks beautiful and functions great. My reason for review is how great the company is. We had an awful contractor who lost a critical screw and then just left us with a handle that fell off. Martin at Pulse got us a replacement free of charge and shipped immediately. This kind of company is SO RARE. Thank you Martin & Pulse!

Having the exact same experience as this reviewer: “Valve-cartridge was supposed to be in the box but it was not. The only thing in the box was the trim. Not sure how this can happen since it is the most expensive and most important thing in the box but it did. Horrible quality control. And while doing a little research it turns out this is not the first time it has happened. Unbelievable.”. I concur. Unbelievable.

We ended up going with a different set, (we needed matching fixtures for both temp & diverter), but I wish we could have used this one. I LOVE that Pulse thought to package both the valve and fixture TOGETHER! Almost no other manufacturer seems to do this. They sell them separately and it's infuriating to have to hunt down the correct matching part, and there's ALWAYS something missing that has to be custom ordered. (Even Grohe and Moen!) Pulse has it figured out, I hope all other manufacturers start doing this too. We will order from Pulse in the future and save ourselves a big headache.

Ordered this for a shower update. Arrived on time. Valve is brass, connection threads are cut deep and smooth. Connected water feeds to valve with brass elbows, shark-bite fittings, and cpvc. Two wraps of double density teflon tape on the threads and dry at 60 psi. Control valve is smooth turning stop-to-stop. Brushed nickel finish is attractive and trim pieces are substantial.Using this with a new PULSE shower body spray/rainfall shower attachment which is also of very good quality.We are pleased with this choice of valves and recommend it.
