The chains are very sturdy. The assembly was also easy. After using it to punch the bag for hours a day, the product has held up as advertised. I ordered the item for an 80-90 lb Everlast punching bag. For its performance, I highly recommend this product.

Not even 2 boxing sessions in, the anchor broke and came down on my face busting my lip open and breaking a tooth. Yes I installed it correctly, yes I made sure it was sturdy, YES it was anchored into a hard wood. It held up nice I’ll give it that but it broke very easily
