This review is for Raizi Puppy Manual Tile Cutter, 650mm, at a price of $376.99.This tile cutter is the best manufactured manual tile scorer/breaker that I have ever used. The top rail is completely solid with no flex, the scoring blade slides smoothly using ball bearing linear glides, and this cutter features some higher-end capabilities such as a battery-powered alignment laser and a magnetic attachment to keep the breaker bar out of the way during scoring.Scoring and breaking large tiles is simple and easy. Small tiles or tile sheets may not be easy or practical to use on this cutter. The one big problem I have with this tile cutter is its poor documentation. The included manual contains 70 pages which is split into 11 different language sections, each one with about five pages of actual information. Among these five pages is one page with a table specifying the tile size restrictions for each of the four cutter models. The second page lists feature highlights, which really isn't needed in a user guide. The third page contains a parts list which doesn't indicate what the parts are actually used for. The fourth page has brief instructions on how to use the tile cutter, and the fifth page has cleanup, recommendations, and troubleshooting information.Nowhere in the manual is there any information about where the battery is for the laser or how to access it for recharging, nor is there any specifications about the cutting wheel. Information about how to set up the fence (used for presetting a repeated cutting depth) is very brief and vague, with no information about what actual parts you should use to attach it. The parts list contains screws labeled "screws" and "debug screws", neither of which have any information about where they are used or what they are for. The part they have labeled as "horizontal ruler" isn't actually a ruler, but is what is normally called a "fence" if it were on a regular table saw or band saw.As for other minor issues or missing features it really needs, the tile cutter tends to slide around a bit during use and could really stand to have some more grippy feet on it. It also really needs a way to lock the scoring handle so that it doesn't erratically slide around (potentially causing damage) during transportation. For this last issue, I will likely get a small bungee to fix the handle in one place when it is not in use.Overall, this is a great professional-grade tile cutter that really gets the job done, it just really needs a much better manual.
