Edit: Must have been a bad bulb. Replacement worked fine with no odor, and lasted for over a year!****************************************Previous:I bought this as a replacement for my first bulb. This UV light produces a bad smell that fills the house. The original bulb did not do this. It has been three days and it still smells. Unless I got a bad bulb, I would NOT recommend this.
