It's not a good item because the large is a small it look like a extra small and I know that I'm not the only one who complain about this it's no way that people don't know this this is a small I gave it to my niece cuz she's a smaller but it was a waste of my money and I paid $3 extra cuz I could get it over night

I'm just working on reducing 1 to 2 inches on my waist.My natural waist is 25" to 26"My goal is to 24".What I like about this trainer is the hooks and it's comfortable.My ribs are comfortable on the first and second rowsMy belly on the second and third rows. My waist is on the third row but I am going to have to add a fourth and possibly fifth row of hooks for my waist, to reach my goal.I hope this helps

It was large I don't recommend for really thick people I didn't like it at all so but it's kinda stretchy but not enough for me
