This is the item I never knew I needed. The foldability makes it the perfect size for a small apartment without taking away from its sturdiness. The quality is premium grade in my opinion from the grip provided by the handle, to the vast quantity of workouts I am now able to do.

This is PERFECTTT! I have an acft(army fitness training) next month and this is the perfect equipment to help me improve in my push-ups and planks. The equipment is very versatile. It’s perfect for the guys that don’t want to go to the gym that day but still want to get their upper body workout in. It’s really hard core too. It has a time and you can switch it for different exercises. It’s a multi type of equipment so if your looking for something convenient portable for my gym heads on the go but still want to get the workout in.

This is a fantastic push up device that makes it easy to know what part of the body you are targeting and it is easy to store and carry.The only downside is the push up counter is not consistent, it is not quite wide enough for taller wider shoulder people, and the handles are difficult to move from peg to peg.Thanks for this - it works well!!!
