Easy to install. Everything needed is in the package for an easy install. Contacted the manufacturer for a few questions. The customer service is great.

Item quality and installation was spot on. The issue is the item does not form a tight seal around the 2" sch 40 PVC DWV pipe. It left about a 1/16 - 1/8" gap all around the pipe. The easy solution was to add a Fernco 2" rubber coupling and slide it up the pipe to the point where it goes through the flashing. Hopefully this will work as expected. Unfortunately, I will have to leave that part of the ceiling open to continually check for leaks. For $86 I shouldn't have needed to add a $4 rubber coupling. Somewhat disappointed with this item and realized after I cut the hole in the roof that I should have pre-checked the fit. I will add pixs later.Update: Rained last night and the coupling did not work. I will end up on the roof to caulk the boot and flashing perimeter. Wish I could get my money back for this item.
