This is the fifth window on two different Rendezvous that I’ve had to repair for this piece breaking. This is a know issue for earlier Rendezvous and Aztecs. I used the OEM parts for the first four. The OEMs were a lot more expensive ($50-70 for a set) and they do not sell them anymore. Replacing the rears is a bit more difficult. Hint: loosen up the three screws holding the front regulator track. I found a u-joint socket was helpful for the front clip. I held the edge of the metal clip in a vice while installing the new plastic piece. This is still easier than replacing the whole regulator and a lot less expensive.

these regulator clips are a cheap fix to a big window problem. I was able to replace a broken clip in my front door of my wife's car without taking all of the regulator out of the door. I got the whole job done in about a half an hour. You might need to look at a few you tube videos to get an idea how the regulator works and could come out but with a little common sense any handy person and do the job. Better then paying over $100 for the new Regulator assembly or even $ 400 for someone else to do it.

NOT easy to install, I bought the parts and took to my local mechanic (yes I cheated) but having them ahead of time probably saved a lot of money. One window needs 2 clips, I thought I had enough for 2 windows with the pair I ordered. Good deal, fit perfect.
