I refurbished a Sonor Force 2001 snare drum for a friend that included replacing the broken throw-off. This throw off is very similar and fit with only minor modification to elongate the mounting holes.

I decided to make a popcorn snare out of a 10" pearl tom that I had leftover from a kit I previously owned. This innexpensive snare throw and butt set not only worked perfectly, but are very well made. I love the ability to use a drum key to anchor the snare straps in the butt plate.
