When the shifter hooked up it would freeze and reverse controls , without shifter wheel worked but pedals would go max input at 1/4 travel . Tech support was horrible , 10 days trying to work with them and gave up, slow to respond if at all and of no help . Bad/ defective products will happen, but bad customers service is where it matters on returning customers, I will never go back .

This is such an awesome wheel set, I’ve seen a lot of “negative review's” but it’s mainly just guys who prefer the name of another company. I’ve been using this wheel for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It has made my gaming experience so fun!

It only works with certain games on the Xbox. I honestly feel it was a waste of money. My son doesn't wanna return it though.

I love PXN as a whole. The customer service team goes above and beyond. They replaced my defective wheel in no time. Back to SIM racing

I'm sure it would have worked awesome, but I just couldn't get it figured out to work 😂

Honestly, the first wheel I received, did not work, everything else did but the steering axis, was a little frustrating at first, but the support they provided was great, they could not get it working, so they sent me a replacement right away, now it works great, feels good in the hands.

The product is good for the price, the only problem I have is that my accelerator pedal is non responsive. The brake and clutch work fine. I don't know if it is bc of something that happened during shipping or I just got a defective pedal base, but everything else works great. Would recommend so long as I just got an outliar product.

While this item isnt horrible, the actual build quality is decent, for it's price point it simply isnt worth it. It sits in the weird middle ground of being too expensive to be a decent budget option, and far too low quality for something more midrange. The lack of Force feedback has got to be the biggest killer for this, simply because spending just a bit more money will get you both force feedback and just higher quality production over all. On top of that the cables that it came with where giving me horrible connection issues, having to constantly unplug and plug it back it in hopes it would actually recognize the controller, or it would disconnect for a split second in the middle of a race, completely ruining the race and my enjoyment.I STRONGLY recommend that if you are willing to spend over 200 on a wheel like this, to bite the bullet and spend a bit more and get something of actual quality, or buy a 100 or less wheel for basically the same experience.

Serious sim racers and people who have experienced other wheels may be harsh on this, but you know what? As someone who has been gaming for over 35 years and hasn't had a racing wheel set since the N64 days I can honestly say I had a great time with this. I've put a few hours into Wreckfest with the PXN V9 Gen2 and have had a blast. It's not as out of the box friendly as some other wheels apparently, as I've read some of them come premapped in games but with the V9 I had to manually map the all of the wheel controls in Wreckfest. Not a big deal, only took 2 minutes and just had to do it once.Price wise, it's hard to get a set, especially one that comes with a gear shift, anywhere close to this price. Current Logitech offerings without the gear shifter come in at almost double this. Now, a few minor downsides or warnings. This wheel has vibration, but does not appear to have force feedback. After a few minutes I went into the Wreckfest settings and disabled wheel vibration. It was just rapidly vibrating on every corner, but wasn't really feedback related in any way... more along the lines of "oh you're turning? I'll shake now". Enjoyed it much more with that disabled.Secondly, the wheel and buttons are quiet, but the paddle shifters are very clicky and there is a very noticeable clunking sound when the pedals bottom out. My office is about 20 feet away from our bedroom door, and sadly I won't be able to use this as often as I'd like as she is a very light sleeper and has a low tolerance to repetitive noises. I can live without the paddle shifters, I'm not serious enough that I insist on racing manual, but I'll have to see if I can do something to dampen the pedals (to be honest, I suspect all pedal sets not just this one make this sound).
