Easy to replace with these but def shorter than original maybe an 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Still works in a pinch.

save yourself the grief and just buy OEM. I ordered these, they arrived early, but complete junk. The bolts face the same direction, the rubber in the middle is very thin and too short. they will not swivel when tighten. I ended up driving to my local dealers and paying the same price for 1...but is worth every penny. its a Range Rover after all...don't be cheap. I gambled and lost so you don't have to.
