Keeps my phone charged while riding without issue. Also left it plugged into the battery all winter and the LED didn’t discharge the battery enough to kill the bike over the winter.

Now I don't have to worry about charging my phone as we ride. Just put the phone with the case ofcourse on the base and boom phone charges. Highly recommend quadlock...LOVE IT!!

他のクアッドロックでは、取付時斜めに沈み込むため、なかなか慣れることができず手こずったが、この充電ヘッドでは全体が均等に沈み込むため取り付けやすくなった。電源の取り方が、アクセサリー電源から直接取れるため、USB充電器を挟む必要がなく、雨天時も安心して使用できる。

You need to purchase a switch to be able to turn this off. On most bikes, most bikes are not designed to be able to have a switch for this is just for general knowledge

Bought this to mount my phone to my handle bar so I could use the navigation, and not kill my phone battery on a longish ride.Installs pretty easily, got the mounting kit, vibration damper and charger unit. Ran the wires, routing them until I happy with how neat the install would be. Cut the wires to length. Hot wire to a fused connection, ground direct to the battery. It sits right in the middle of the bar between the clamps. It’s the perfect height (in the garage at least) so when I’m aboard I can still see the trip meter and temp gauge/clock plus tach and speedo without issue. Once the key is on, phone starts charging and away I go. Well….I will, and soon. Departing this coming week, and was glad the kit arrived early enough for me to do the install and test it out before getting on the road. Got a few ride to work days ahead of me to test things out and make sure it’s all good, even in the sun.

Der kabellose Ladekopf Quad Lock V2, hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Verarbeitung ist durchweg von hoher Qualität, was ich sofort bemerkt habe, als ich das Produkt aus der Verpackung genommen habe. Die Installation war unkompliziert und passte perfekt an das Zündungsplus via Stecker (separat gekauft) meiner Yamaha MT09 SP 2021. Ich schätze besonders die wasserdichte Eigenschaft, die mich bei wechselhaftem Wetter beruhigt. Während meiner Fahrten bleibt mein Gerät stabil und lädt zuverlässig, ohne dass ich mir Sorgen um Überhitzung oder Witterungsschäden machen muss. Alles in allem eine großartige Ergänzung für jeden Motorradfahrer, der Wert auf Funktionalität und Langlebigkeit legt. Ich kann dieses Produkt wärmstens empfehlen!

I was not sure if this part locked the phone on or not because the non powered mount looked different. Rest assured, the "ears" on the side of the device are the locking mechanism. the phone cannot come loose until they are depressed, much like the single lever design.
