I had to move temporarily for work and did not want to take my mattress from my primary residence because of how heavy and bulky. my other mattress is an expensive one and this one is just as good. no smell easy to set up and extra firm. I actually have this mattress on a cardboard yona frame with french linen sheets and pillows from marshall’s and I sleep like royalty

Dad is very happy with the comfort, firmness and support for both him and momThe only thing is that when you sit on the edge you can slide off not good for older individuals

First time trying a mattress in a box and I'm loving it! The only complaint I have was with shipping. They delivery driver (ups) dropped it next door. Ups shipping for me has always been awful. I just don't see how hard it is to read a number on a house. Can they just not comprehend it or something? I'm including the shipping details because luckily we have good neighbors and I walked over next door to bring it home and the box was absolutely destroyed and on one end there was almost a whole roll of packing tape keeping it shut. I picked up the box which was very heavy but not heavy enough for me to carry it home. Half way In between my home and the neighbors the box ripped making the mattress fall out and it started to roll. I managed to get it home and upstairs where I put it on the frame and opened it. When I unrolled it there must have been a hole somewhere because once un rolled it started hissing and expanding on its own. Then I cut the plastic off and let it expand on its own. Also a side note, the box was labeled with the sizes like twin, full, king, queen but it wasn't marked so I'd suggest measuring the box to make sure it's the right size you ordered. It says on the box to wait 72 hours before sleeping on it but honestly I couldn't help myself and I only waited about 10 and it didn't seem to affect it any. The bed its self is the perfect balance between soft and firm however the edges of the bed are extremely soft. For elderly people it might not be the best as they often have to sit on the edge of the bed and might slide off. This is such a great product and I am VERY happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend

My words don’t do this mattress any justice I wish I would have took a picture my mattress arrived today and I put it up as soon as it came the box say it takes 24-72 hours to fully adjust because it was tightly sealed but I can already feel the difference once I laid down, I got the 12 inch so the mattress is a bit bigger but I love it ! Funny thing is when I opened up the mattress I follow instructions I used the cutter that was provided and it un rolled so fast the mattress hit me in my face and chest lol nothing painful but I wasn’t expecting it just back up about 5 feet when opening the mattress 10/10 highly recommend
