My daughter has some medical issues and her doctor said that sleeping on an incline would be beneficial for her. We ordered this adjustable bed, and it was a good thing my son was home because I couldn’t move the box at all by myself! It is very heavyweight. My husband and son were able to assemble it in about 1-2 hours along with a new headboard and mattress. We purchased the FDW 14 inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress Medium Firm for Cool Sleep from Amazon and my daughter said she sleeps much cooler and without as much pain and discomfort. Definitely worth the price!

Great product, decent directions. Definitely a project to put together, not difficult just a lot of moving parts. This is not one of those “get what ya pay for things” it’s literally just as good as the ones that’s cost double or triple the price.

Read reviews of other frames bending and such. Don't think that will be an issue with this one.Yes, it's heavy. But it seems well built. Good trade-off in my book.Assembly was moderately difficult. Give yourself an hour or two. A LOT of packaging.Height is adjustable, but only in 2" segments, so no "fine tuning".

The bed works great the remote lights up and has a light on the back. Simple to put together one of the wires came smashed but worked fine. The bed is very wobbly with the 12 inch legs. Every time I move I can feel the bed wobble. I purchased 6 adjustable plastic legs installed them and its fine now.

My first surprrise was that this all fit in a box that was as long as the width of the king size bed this supports, and not very tall or wide, so apart from the weight (> 130 lbs) it was easy to maneuver through the house to where we were setting it up. The packaging is pretty amazing; all the parts were well-packed and well-protected in this relatively compact package.The instructions were straightforward and it took a little over an hour to put it together with the tools provided. As heavy as the overall package is, each of the pieces was easy to handle; no individual piece was too heavy. All of the complex pieces (motors and moving parts) come already assembled, and you really just have to put the pieces together. It's no more complex than assembling a piece of flat-pack furniture from that big Swedish store.Once everything was assembled, there was nothing to do but put the batteries in the remote and start using the bed. No pairing the remote with the controller was needed.We set this up inside of an iron bed frame; we removed the horizontal slats at the bottom of the frame that had supported the boxsprings we no longer needed, and this adjustable bed platform fits nicely inside the frame, so we have a nice iron headboard and footboard. We did not connect the adjustable platform to the bed frame, and everything works and looks great.I had a (non-technical) question for the seller and submitted it throgh Amazon. The seller responded in less than a day with a very helpful answer, and I appreciated that there was someone who was willing and ready to help out.I got this for my father-in-law (he really likes it!), and now my wife wants one for our bed too!

It's heavy so have someone help you being it inside. Not difficult to assemble but a bit involved. All parts aligned well, but head seems lower than foot when in flat position. It's a base so can't comment on comfort, that's up to mattress choice. Sturdy, feels durable, quiet motors, and would recommend, even if it seems very low to ground worth 12 inch legs.Height is my only complaint but may be something i get used to. Recommendation may change with use, hybrid mattress is still expanding so haven't slept in it yet.
