The value for the money was really good. Definitely a great way to get your beginner lacrosse skills up. My one critique is that when you hook it onto the head of the lacrosse, you can only throw the ball up in the air and catch it down. I wish you could throw it forward, or throw it out and be able to catch it back but all in all very good product

The Quick Stick is really helpful for practicing lacrosse. The ball on the elastic string works well for passing, catching, and cradling drills. It’s easy to use and makes practicing more fun. I’ve noticed my skills getting better the more I use it, and it’s a great way to change up my regular practice.

First, it was really easy to add to my lacrosse stick, and it doesn’t mess with the stringing or the head at all. I’ve been using it for winter stick work, not only catching and throwing but cradling at different levels and strengthening my bottom hand for draw controls. I’ve used indoors without fear of damaging my house.

I got the twig sports quick stick for my little cousin who recently started playing. The high quality lacrosse style ball and elastic band are simple but effective at helping him develop his hand eye coordination. In just a few short days he is already seeing improvement in his passing and catching skills.

The Quick Stick lacrosse ball is awesome! It's a really fun tool to throw, catch, scoop, and cradle the ball. I like that I can play anywhere whether I'm at home or traveling! I'll be recommending this to my friends!
