Although the charts have good stretches the photos are way too small. Would rather have fewer stretchs and larger photos. Gave these to my daughter as I am a senior and had to get right up to the chart to see each stretch

Get the larger cards - you'll use then more and they feel more substantial.

La entrega bien, en tiempo, pero se especifica dos pósters y sólo llegó uno impreso en ambas caras, no es funcional si lo quieres tener en la pared. Tampoco llegaron las cartas para ejercicios.
