I had high hopes for these shovel holders, apparently to high as these are quite hard and stubborn to use. I expected them to be more flexible. The chosen material is way to hard

As you can see in the pictures, we picked up a couple of sets of these clamps for our water-fed poles that we carry in a cargo trailer. We are extremely pleased with these clamps and this purchase. The “thermoplastic rubber” has a great feel and feels like it would last forever. Our poles are 1 1/2” in diameter so finding a clamp that would accommodate them took a bit of a search. I am happy I came across these. Super easy to install. The larger circumference holds my poles tightly and very secure. The quick clamp approach is super simple to operate and holds beautifully. Designed for holding things securely during off-road conditions these clamps hold my poles on the wall through all of our travels. I couldn’t possibly think of anything that could improve on their performance. Nice product.

Despite comments about very stiff material, I took a chance. MISTAKE. These are very rigid with very little flexibility. Do not expect a flexible rubber mount with stretchy latch. You will need pliers and a lot of strength to strech this thing. Also, smallest reasonable size is about 1-3/8 diameter to largest of 1-1/2.

The brackets seem strong enough. No instructions or mounting suggestions are included. I wanted to use them to attach shovels, etc. to the ROP on my tractor. Since I cannot drill into the ROP I used HD zip ties. This worked okay for mounting the tools horizontally, but the design of the mounting options did not allow me to attach the tools vertically, as would have been preferable.

Installed these adjustable pipe holders in my gooseneck trailer tool box. Works great, see pictures! I guess I'll see how long the rubber pull strap will last before it breaks/pulls off the holder. This pipe handle won't be used that often so the pull strap should last a long time. Heat/cold weather will effect how the rubber lasts. These holders should work with round wood and thin metal too. The entire holder is rubber. Overall, I recommend these pipe holders.

These are comparable to clamps costing more money. They have very good gripping power. included with the rubber clamps are hard plastic washers shaped to fit the interior of the bases These provide a good strong anchor for screws or bolts, depending on how you mount them.I use this style of clamp with my MOLLE panel in my truck. I use threaded inserts in the panel to anchor these clamps to. They are perfect for small tools and flashlights.
