Have you ever tried to get a pillow that was not stuffed with polyester and didn't cost an arm and a leg? I have -that is why I ordered the batting. I cut it up and made a pillow. I'll be getting another one, I need another pillow made.

Claims to be wool, but is mainly polyester! The only mention of polyester is on the back inside label, and you can't see it until you open the package. I could not return it because I had already started using it for a project. Total scam!

This wool batting is just what you need for stand out trapunto on art quilts. Gives you more loft than regular layers of standard batting.

First time to order this brand of wool batting. Allowed wool to open up and bloom before putting in between quilt layers- Nice loft. Used for memory quilts. Size is just right, no shortage.

This was idea filling for the throws I made. It’s warm, soft and does just what I wanted. If you need to machine wash your throws often, I’d use something else. The wool requires hand wash.

I typically buy Hobbs Tuscany wool batting for my projects, but think I've found a new favorite. Although they are similar in thickness, I think this batting puffs up a bit more during the quilting process, resulting in a nicer quilting texture. Just a little thicker than cotton, wool batting is breathable and keeps you warm in winter and is not too hot in the summer.

This is the best batting if you want good loft, beautiful drape, and no fold lines in your quilt. It makes the quilt very warm and cozy. This is my favorite batting.

I LOVE this wool batting. It quilts so nicely and adds that extra fullness I've been missing with cotton batting. I will be using more of this wool batting in my future quilts! It's lightweight, yet provides very nice warmth.
