I'm not a quilter, but rather a cabinet maker. My scrap pile is a constant source for plaques, toys, small displays and what not- I've been on the lookout for small oval templates and these are just perfect. Thicker plastic than the draftsman type templates, seem well made and should prove to be durable.

I know these are quilting tools, but I bought them to help me draw in some elegant pots for florals in my watercolor paintings. They are perfect for this and offer various sizes which really stretches their use for my purpose. Strong solid well made, and durable. I would highly recommend these for the quilter and painter alike!

These nesting ovals are fine but not for use in quilting as quilting ruleres are 1/4"thick and these are only1/8". The quality however is excellet so to rectify my issue withthem I just ordered a senond set and will glue the on top of the first set and allwill be fine.
