They are very heavy and well made. The box they came in was quite a bit heavier than I expected. Good quality for the price. They were much more expensive to buy them from Weber. Highly recommend

The grills are fine. They are cast iron, not dissimilar to the original grills. They are however a bit undersized by about 1/4 inch on both dimensions. Fortunately the base ledges are just big enough to retain them without them falling through.

I bought the whole rebuild for my Weber from this seller because it was 304 stainless. I did check everything with a magnet and even the warming rack passed the test. I’ve had this 5 burner Weber for 6 years and was about to clean it for the second time and noticed the old cast iron grates had seen better days. Also, the warming rack was so rusty I quit using it more than a year ago. Weber makes a great grill but everything inside the tub except the burners was low grade steel and the cast iron grates. All were falling apart. I guess Weber saves a little money by doing this but what can you expect nowadays.I purchased the 9MM grates and without a doubt they will last the lifetime of my grill. Wish they were 316 SS so they would be a little more corrosion resistant to salt but they’re 100 times better that the cast iron. I believe with regular 3 month scrub downs I won’t have anything to worry about.All in all great fit but the grates could be about 1/4” deeper but that’s just me the perfectionist.Great product and I will recommend to all and will buy again when needed.
