I seriously use this daily for lunch and dinner. Its fantastic at making grilled cheese, any kind of stir fry or just reheating left overs. Cleaning is easy, crank up the heat and apply a wet towel to the griddle, the steam will do the rest, just like in a restaurant.

I love this griddle for smaller jobs. Bacon, up to 6 burgers, fish, few steaks. It has smooth and ribbed sides for different needs. It’s sturdy but not too heavy. Cleans easily and dries fast. Stores easily. I’m happy with this purchase.
