There was supposed to be an allen wrench. It isn’t there. Neither are there any instructions. I can’t open the carabiner. So it doesn’t work.

Probably the best rings for the price range. Product includes an Allen key to screw desired height into place. However, this makes repositioning the rings for future workouts a little less efficient.

We have a set of Rouge brand rings at my job, they're metal, but not any nicer feeling than these polymer ones. These are nice. Just don't go straight to doing flips when you aren't properly conditioned like I did. Now I'm resting for two weeks. Bummer. Good product. Didn't love the carabiner, bur you can change those out if you want. I took the locking screws put of mine and they've been doing just fine for me. These are great for doing rows, stretching, or doing ring pullups and muscle ups.

The rings are great; the added grip makes them comfortable. The fact that they aren't wooden helps since I have them hung in a garage, where humidity can be problematic. The only thing I don't like about the straps is that it takes extra time and effort to adjust the height compared to TRX straps.

I bought four pair of these for our outdoor play structure and the grips on the rings are disintegrating rapidly. It has a sun cover over the structure so they aren’t even in the sun. Initially they were great, but sadly they don’t last. Very disappointing as we are now stuck with four pair.

I did not expect these rings and straps to be as sturdy as they are. After seeing a few bad apple reviews I was hesitant to roll the dice but I’m glad I did. The rings, keepers and straps I received seem to be different than the ones in a lot of images but my straps came equally lengthened, the keepers were easy to unlock with the supplied allen wrench and the rings are solid - the grip coatings seem to be built into the ring instead of attached after as a sleeve or something like in a couple of the images. I feel like I got what I paid for and at $40 I would buy again or recommend as I think this is a good price point for them.With all of that said, ring workouts will absolutely work you out and give your stabilizer muscles a tough reality check; especially when you use them as dips or deep stretch push-ups. I can normally do standard parallel bar dips with a 50lbs kettlebell hanging from my belt and yet dips on these rings with no added weight still kicked my butt. Even for an experienced lifter or someone with adequate fitness I think these would be very useful to help break through a plateau in your bench or OH press progress since they hit almost every stabilizer muscle in your delts, triceps, chest and even lats. For $40 it’s worth adding to your routine.
