Seems like a quality hook. The metal welded nice and it has a nice strong clasp action. I tried it with some log tongs and it worked great!

These things may work and are exactly to spec...however I could not find a neat good way to mount them to the bucket for welding....sent them back.

These were welded on to a couple of excavator buckets for lifting pipe. The dose is good for a strap and the latches are good quality and stay closed.
