For six dollars, I wasn’t expecting a tool that my grandchildren would be able to inherit, but I certainly didn’t expect the thing to fall apart just doing a single run of stitches on a 4 ounce leather strap. The teeth broke only about an hour and a half into it, but the strike pad for the teeth fell apart long before that. They included a replacement strike pad with the tool, but honestly, I did not expect to need it an hour after starting punching stitch holes. DO NOT purchase this product even with a gun to your head. I wish I could give this zero stars, but sadly that’s not the way Amazon’s rating system works. Absolute waste of time and money.
