Chase rack or sports rack…. Seeming the same thing. If I had to categorize this unit I place on the sports rack. This unit presents more as an esthetic piece than a functional tie down pointThe unit arrive very well package, no damage to any parts and complete. The instructions are decently put together and the unit bolts together easily. The finish is great and seems durable..I was leery to obtain this unit due to not knowing it would work with my soft roll up tonneau cover but it works decently with it only need to remove the center support bars when rolling all the back to cab.The way the unit assembles doesn’t leave room for the unit to be a functional tie down point for bulkier items doing so merely flexes the attachment points. While the unit doesn’t work as a tie down point is it a bed stabilizer and it’s looks great as an esthetic piece .
