No complaints. I initially installed as-is using the hollow bolt (for Cummins, purchased separately) but had to lift the valve cover during install to attached the sensor. Afterwards, the plug would not seat and clear the valve cover unless using the forbidden flat blade screwdriver as a wedge to put undue side stress on the sensor. I decided it would require a trip to the hardware store for 1/8" npt fittings. I had to raise it 2" and then 90 over for a good fit on 6.7 Cummins.
