Well packaged for assembly. Sturdy platform. Paint chips off in a few areas. Added extra cables for anchors to ground

This blind is great; first season in use and hopeful it will last a long time.

Received the item and three bolts were lying loose inside the bag. These bolts hold the fabric onto the bottom hubs. I went to put them back in and noticed they are too short because of the grommets to reach the threads. I purchased longer bolts to fix the issue myself. I didn’t notify customer service just so they could address future blinds, but the information fell on deaf ears. I will increase the stars for this review once I make sure there are no additional issues with the blind. More of a heads up for anyone that comes across the same issues.

I have used a number of blinds over the years being an avid hunter and outdoorsman. From cheap discount store varieties to the high end blinds such as the original Double Bull. After my last Double Bull (now under a different company) was far inferior in materials and craftsmanship, but at the same cost, I decided to shop around.I came across this blind and had to mull it over for a few days, because the price is NOT cheap! But to my satisfaction, neither is the quality!!!I have a wooden platform with a 1/2" thick rubber mat to secure my blind on. The last DB for $400.00 lasted 2 seasons and the canvas became dry rotted. They never were "waterproof" and only stated "water resistant" and they did leak at the seams. They were very difficult to set up and still could not withstand high winds even when bolted to the wooden platform. It stressed the stitching and created more leaks.I had this Cage blind set up and secured to the platform in about 30 minutes by myself as I did encounter a little learning curve compared to other hub blinds I've used in the past.First thing I noted was the weight and strength of the material. It is definitely made to withstand the elements long term. With flaps over all the seams and the rain fly over the top, it is actually "water PROOF"!Secondly was the construction of the frame with adjustable tubing supports in each corner and around the blind roof. Where I hunt, 40+ mph winds are common. The Cage blind has had no wind flap or issues at all.Third, the windows and door are zippered with quality coated metal zippers instead of Velcro or plastic zippers found so often in lower quality blinds. They have a simple and quiet strap adjustment to set the opening however you want, silently.Fourth the large cargo style netted pocket keeps snacks, drinks, calls and equipment organized and out from under foot should I need to reposition in the blind.Fifth, this is a VERY spacious blind! It has a larger interior than any other blind I have ever used, including the DB, with height enough to stand anywhere inside, not only in the center, with plenty of extra head space remaining (I am 5' 10")Lastly is a combination of several previously mentioned attributes. Due to getting older, the winters are colder. With the heavy weight blind material I have a small propane heater that keeps me toasty on the coldest, windiest days, all day, on it's lowest setting! All without dodging water leaks!I have been using this blind for about 6 months, so time will tell about the durability. But with the quality of craftsmanship and materials, I am sure that will not be an issue!

I’ve bought 3 of these basses, and they are bad to the bone, easy to assemble and super solid. Unfortunately my last base was delivered incomplete. One box ( box 2 of 2 was delivered) which is just the ladder and ladder platform. Not the base and tower.I ordered this a few weeks in advanced of my trip to my lease in South Texas so I could set it up and let the deer get used to it before the South Texas rut.Now I’m left to head to my lease without the ability to set up my new blind, pretty much ruining my season.Hopefully they have good customer service and can overnight the rest of my order so I can have it in time for my trip.

Blind not included, no matter what the title or description says. That aside, this is a SOLID and safe tower. I was able to install it by myself in about 4 hours. Would have been faster if I was not in leaf filled woods on an incline. If you can build it in the driveway and transport it out to the location it will go a lot faster. Directions are excellent, hardware is packed in bags that correspond to the order of the build, well thought out design and directions. Highly recommended.

I bought this blind for my husband as a gift. He was notorious for leaving his blinds out all the time and they never held up. He went and put this up yesterday and when he came back he said he was super impressed with the quality of this blind. He said it was fairly easy to set up and felt very durable. He seems to be pleased and is excited to hunt out of it. We live in an area with heavy snow fall and we are hopeful that this blind will keep us from having to buy new blinds EVERY SINGLE YEAR.
