10yr old Marin Palisades Trail. Just getting back on it and wanted to upgrade the chainring. Removed the 3x and installed the 1x with no experience working on them. No issues with the right tools. Hasn't dropped a chain yet but I'm riding gravel/hard pack. Orange looks good.

If you need a single NW ring, this one works. Light, cool colors, and holds the chain. They eventually wear out but so does everything. Can’t go wrong.
