Fan fits my 2016 Pathfinder perfectly. I only hope it last longer than the original. It does come with the rubber grommet at the bottom but you will have to buy and place the seal around the fan which is not hard.

This product looks like the original. You have to add the weatherstrip, so be ready. Buy one that isn't too thick, or can't handle heat, because when you try put put it back in, with the little room you have to install it, if the foam is too thick, it'll come off and you won't know till your fan kicks on and the fan starts warming on the loose stripping. My truck isn't making that horrible noise from the loose blades of the old one

It's been less than a month but it's working just great. It's less than half price of it Napa model and working just great that's all I can say. However I'll repeat it's only about a month in.

Item fit well and worked great. You will need to install some weatherstripping around housing. The weatherstripping recommended by Amazon didn't work well for I used another type. Great value for the $ and compared to dealer.
