Number one great priced product, however, did not notice that they had different size heads at the time of purchase which is outside my return. I probably could have discussed this with Amazon and we would have been able to exchange it for a smaller one. But luckily for me they have the link along with this show ahead. For any adjustment parts that you might need, such as a head extension. It works great. Easy to be installed does not come with the matte black shower to head connection. Easy to be bought and easy to be found on this sites page! Let alone Amazon

Easy to install and good length for my rainfall showerhead. Make sure you hand tighten it as much as you can as it could come loose and smack you in the head.

Down facing wall pipe is the pipe coming out of the wall that angles down where the shower head is screwed on. For a rainshower head this will allow you to angle the pipe up and allow the rain head to spray down evenly. It will tighten well and even has a set screw to keep it from loosening if you move it a lot. Mine worked great.

Unless you pipe come straight out of the wall, may not work well for some; my pipe angles downward, so comes out a little weird, not bad though. The product is very high quality all metal, many have plastic parts; my last one broke because of this. I recommend this.

Very firm hold, we have a larger shower head so I was worried it might not hold but we've had it several months now and works great!

Had this for a few months and enjoy it. Only complaint is it's not too friendly with hard water. The holes are noticeably smaller than my Moen shower hose head. That has a very nice "soft" and strong pressure but these can get sharp very easily. I have to clean it in vinegar water every few weeks otherwise it's not enjoyable.The size is nice and I like that it's not super thin like the other ones on Amazon. Those seem "cheap." I also very much like that the flow restrictions are incredibly easy to swap out and change, or remove entirely. Only complaint is the hole size, needs to be a tiny bit bigger, otherwise it's a great product.

As a man who stands 6’1”, pretty much every standard showerhead in America is too low for me to rinse my hair without hunching over. Sounds like a small thing, but it’s kind of a pain. I tried other styles of showerhead extensions in the past, and spent literally years with my rainfall showerhead spraying ineffectually at a 45° angle because I figured that was the best I could do short of ripping the walls open and hiring a plumber.I wish I had had known about this product back then. In less than five minutes I had it installed, and finally got to experience what my rainfall showerhead was actually capable of for the first time. While standing straight up, no hunch in my back, no crick in my neck. Just comfort and relaxation.Two things that stand out about this design are the geared joint that lends a LOT of stability (important if you have a top-heavy showerhead) and the dual recessed retaining screws. Between those two features I was able to get a very sturdy fit that feels rock solid.I have tried this product by itself and attached to a larger assembly with a sprayer arm, and have yet to see it leak or wobble.And then there’s the price. At the time I bought this it was in the neighborhood of twenty bucks, which is an absolute bargain for the construction and quality.Customer service is also swift and responsive, and they took great care of me when I had questions about the installation process.Please note: if you have poor vision like me, you may not notice that the retaining screw that comes in the bag is in fact an *extra* part. I spent longer than I’m proud of trying to insert it into the back of the screws already installed before realizing my error.
