The RAINSMORE vintage men's messenger bag in coffee brown is something I actually ordered because it has a sort of old world vibe. Based on the stock photos, I was expecting a pretty decent quality faux leather “man bag”, but what I received was a rather large letdown. I'm not going to lie, I was seriously disappointed in this order after unwrapping it!I will start by saying that by far the biggest problem with this messenger bag is that it absolutely REEKS of a nauseating cheap citrus disinfectant smell. It is not something that I can air out and in fact, I had to bag this product to prevent my house from smelling like it. Seeing as I have severe asthma, this is a major problem for consumers like me, and it isn't something I could ever gift in good conscience.In terms of quality, I think it's so-so or rather, it's passable. It is a fairly roomy bag and it does have many compartments to keep you neat and organized, which is probably its biggest perk. I think the color was also very nice, but in this case, the “leather” looks very fake. It isn't something I would need to take a double take on to check whether it's real because it's not convincing enough. For the price, the value just isn't there and I have my doubts about how well this would truly hold up to daily wear and tear.I honestly feel a little bad about the review, but I also feel like consumers deserve to know what they're going to receive in terms of quality. In short, if you're okay with the fact it looks fake and can handle the strong smell, it's worth getting for the design, style, and sheer size.

This is a nice bag with room for your stuff. Due to the polyurethane leather it has a chemical smell to it. Plastic zippers and single thread stitching throughout. Lots of pockets are available. Some pockets are zippered, some are open at the top. Holds my 15 inch laptop perfectly, might have room for a 17 inch laptop. I gave it four stars because of the smell, plastic zippers and single thread stitching. Otherwise a great bag that can hold a lot.

I got this messenger bag for my husband and he like it very much. It has a lot of room for his laptop and various other items since the bag comes with lots of different size compartments. He wished that they would have more zippers on the inside since when he has the bag next to him on the carseat and he needs to break suddenly the bad has a tendency to fall over and some of the smaller things fall out of the slots. But otherwise he is super happy with it and it looks very stylish and sturdy

Looks very professional and holds all of my needed “mobile office” supplies, with extra room. I like the fact that it has multiple pockets and different types of holders but my favorite feature is the removable or quick release key holder. Sounds silly, but that’s the one item that seems to be the hardest to find when I need or want them quickly. I keep my laptop in a carrying case and it fits into the computer compartment with the case on and I can still zipper it up. Has a nice strap to mount on luggage when traveling as well. Comes with two carrying options, of which I prefer the handles (instead of the shoulder strap). I put it next to a bag I recently took on a business trip and it seems like it will fit under the airline seat. I look forward to trying this out on my business trip.
