I had a cracked lens (tight garages), the light finally failed after getting wet over the years and quit working. I replaced it and now have mirror turn signals and down lights - NICE!!!The light includes an installation tool which was helpful. Realize that this lens is TIGHT!!! and don't be afraid of using a little muscle for the installation. I was concerned and then watched some random Youtube video where a guy was also struggling. After the 4th time it snapped into place. Works great!

I needed the unit that had both the amber turn signal/keyless entry and the white "puddle light" that turns on when you unlock the truck. This was an exact replacement. I watched a couple YouTube install videos and it only took a few minutes to do. The only required tool is the trim tool that they give you for free!*Be careful with your electrical connector. Mine was very coroded from the Michigan road salt. I had to do a lot of picking and cleaning to make the truck connector usable. But, that's the truck's fault. Not the replacement light. Buy with confidence!

Not to bad to install but I would definitely watch a couple of you tube videos (they're pretty short for this job). The instructions that the sale page shows are pretty basic and vague. You need to know where the clip is so you can release and install without anything getting broken.

The pins would sink into housing when pushing plug on.

The plastic is prone to cracking if you pry on it ,even with plastic tools....but once on they do work well.

unit did not work , electrical connector pins pushed into unit.
