What I love about this ink is the smoothness and ease of use for stamping. Some inks are very hard to clean off of your ink pads. With this ink I use a damp/dry shami cloth in between projects while stamping and when I'm done all I have to do is put it under running water. Bam! Ink gone! Tim Holtz Ink OXIDE is the best broad base ink there is. The Oxide matters. If you want precise, teeny, tiny, intricate lines, use Versa Fine Clair. But for me the ease of use onto paper and off of a stamp or stencil matters. Easy on, easy off. This is the journaling ink for you. Good luck, and happy imagining.

If you are a crafter using inks, you’ll need this reinker. I always keep them around bc I don’t want to be in a project & my ink pad go dry on me. This bottle is also easier to use for dying materials & making sprays. Love it!

I don’t have to worry about using up my pad, with this refill it does not take a lot and the pad of ink works like new. So much better than just buying new pads all the time.

I bought this thinking I could revive an older distress oxide pad. But, after using this I do not believe this is supposed to be used to reink a pad. The bottle is not clear on what you should use this for so I’m kinda lost as to what to do with it. The color in the bottle is good and matches the walnut stain oxide pad.
