When replacing your salt spreader motor always replace this item chances are it's gonna be seized up and have to be cut out like mine was. This item is heavy duty and the quality is superior I paired it with a DB electrical motor sold here on Amazon everything bolted up and worked out great for my Meyers tailgate salt spreader.I highly recommend using anti seize on this and the hardware to make future motor changes a breeze!

I had to order a second one due to the first one I got with the kit was cracked. The second one I received was in much better shape and works great.
