Everyone says they can’t turn over the engine after this install because the impeller is too tight. That’s because your batteries need to be replaced - or charged.

Fits perfectly for 97 seadoo xp 787. My ski was only going 30mph at wot slap this one on now its going 55-60. The wear ring is frosty in the photo just pulled it out the freezer. Works great

Had to sand and buff the inside of wear ring to fit the impeller on a 94 seadoo spx

This wear ring went in my 97 sea doo very easily and fit great with my new Solas impellar. Took some heat and a saw-zaw to cut out the old one but once I got it out this one popped right in. I went ahead and stuck it in the freezer for a few hours to shrink it enough to hammer it in with rubber hammer.

Wish I had bought this wear ring the first time! I started with a cheap one and it had .060" clearance before I ever started the engine! (SeaDoo recommends replacement once clearance exceeds .040") It was a great lesson in "you get what you pay for"! So I bought this better quality wear ring and it fit with zero clearance. No more cavitation! I've been riding the heck out of the machine all summer. This is definitely the better quality wear ring!

Worked perfect on my Seadoo GTX. I put it in the freezer for a few days until I was ready to do the work. The cold made it shrink just enough to slide in with just a little gentle tapping with a 2X4 across it and a small hammer. If I ever need to replace the wear ring again, I will be back to get the same one. Very happy with the purchase, it brought an old ski back to life. 😊

This will get the job done. I have 2 of these skis and used this ring on both. On one it fit perfectly around the impeller. On the other it was extremely tight around the impeller and I had trouble getting it to start as the impeller was bound up. This could have been due to variances between the impellers as they are older skis. But anyway, they worked and for the price, can't complain.
