Received this yesterday evening, made a latte around 8pm. At that time the pitcher looked nice, felt heavy, the grip felt good in hand; to say the least it worked great! Woke up this morning around 7am, went to make another latte and noted rust around the spout. Keep in mind I dried it out last night and left it upside down to drain any remaining moisture over my drip tray. At the end of the day, no matter how nice the pitcher looks and feels, rusting especially that quick is an instant fail.

It's a tiny SUPER cute stainless steel pitcher, good quality, thick, and reasonable weight.Soooo cute, just too small for me. The purpose was for fresh made soymilk after draining container, the quality worth 5 star.One thing thou, I did not try whether or not outside rubber resistant heat for hands. I returned without using it.

Nice size pitcher, overall I like it but I was disappointed to see rust spots within a few months.

A fellow barista friend of mine had the pitcher and after trying it a few times and loving it, I decided to get one for myself! The shop I work at also uses the handles rattleware pitchers so I figured it would be a nice addition. However, I noticed mine looked different than his when I first got it and realised he cup away some of the rubber. After trying my new pitcher out I noticed the rubber over the spout area gets in the way and sometimes catches the cup which would mess up my pour. I would recommend changing the design of the rubber grip that it does not cover the the spout area on the body of the pitcher. Other than that it’s an amazing pitcher for a great price! Considering also buying the 20oz pitcher next as well! Thank you rattleware!

This pitcher is fantastic. It makes freepour latte art almost feel like I am just drawing on people's drinks with a pencil of foam. Fantastic, easy to clean and re-assemble, and it doesn't get too hot. All my co-workers are jealous and want some for their own. Will ABSOLUTELY be buying again.

I live the handle free design however the lip of the jug tends to dribble. If the lip were slightly more prominent it would be 5 star for me

The outside gets very hot, the black rubber does not insulate well at all.

When using just be careful not to over extract the milk. It tends to heat up faster cause your using your pinky for touch. Over all this is a fantastic pitcher and I've been pulling off some amazing tulips and hearts.
