I had been searching for a ravioli mold for a while, but all of the metal ones seem to have lead in them! I was so excited to try this plastic one, and I've gotta say it works perfectly. I can't decide which cup shape I like more: circle or square. I love them both. There are no instructions, so here's what I did.1. Place fresh pasta sheet over mold.2. Gently press in each cup.3. Put about 1 tsp of filling into each cup.4. Get a small bowl of water and wet your finger as you run it along all of the ravioli seams (ie. The raised zigzag lines) Do NOT press on it at this time.5. Gently place the second pasta sheet over the filled mold.6. With dry fingers, use a gentle pinching motion to pinch the pasta along each zig zag line. Don't push down yet. This is just for sealing the ravioli.*you may need to carefully lift the edge of the top pasta sheet from time to time and push out excess trapped air.7. With a rolling pin, roll over the mold, press hard so the zig zag lines cut the pasta.8. Gently pull off excess pasta around the edges of the mold. It should come off in a nice clean zigzag.9. Flip the mold upside down onto parchment paper. Gently remove the bottom piece of the mold (the white piece).10. Gently remove each ravioli from the pink part of the mold. You may need to carefully pull the ravioli apart, if the pasta wasn't quite cut through.Troubleshooting:- if the pasta sticks to the mold, it is too wet/sticky. Use a little flour on the pasta sheet, before placing into the mold.- if the pasta rips or becomes mishapen when you remove it from the mold, you may need to fold and run the pasta sheets through your pasta maker a few more times to develop the gluten and improve the strength of the pasta. It should be nice and stretchy, when gently pulled.- if your filling escapes after cutting, you need to make sure you haven't over filled each cup, and that you've kept it neatly in the center of each cup. You don't want it spreading on the cut lines. Also make sure you're sealing each one well during the pinching step.

Product does work but I find that you can’t put too much filling in. It also does not cut fresh dough easily

Not impressed at all. My first time making by hand. Did not blend edges. Did not crimp edges. Dough stuck to everything.

Perfect sizes. Love the plastic. Pasta doesn't stick. Much better than heavy metal molds. Great price!

I bought it as a complement to the manual pasta machine. The rounds ravioli cutter seems small, but it is ok.

Very easy to use. Stuffing stays put. it makes ten ravioli at once. Perfect, recommended.

Super cute. Easy to use once you learn how to use it. Did not come with instructions. Cleaning is pretty easy. It’s a little wobbly but was fun to use.

Loved the idea of these. When we tried to apply the cutter, it just didn’t cut all the way through the dough. Had to go back and finish the separation by hand with a knife.

The mold is really easy to use, and as you can see, they came out really well, they’re good sized too. It’ll probably be super easy to clean if you use a brush, but my dough did not get stuck at all.
